1. How much does a greeting "Yard Greeting" cost?
Display packages start as low as $89, for pickup.

2. How and when do I pay for it?
We accept cash, money order, cashiers check, Visa and Mastercard.  Payments should be made 7 days prior to rental date or at the time of reservation. A credit card and drivers license is required for pickup customers. You can order by phone or in person at our offices.

Payment for rentals is due in full when we call to confirm your order.  Reservations cannot be held without payment. 

3. Do I need to make a reservation?
To ensure the greeting of your choice we highly recommend it!

For New Baby Displays, we will be glad to hold a reservation for the 2 days prior to and following the baby's due date.

4. Can I order on short notice?
Of course you can! We can provide next day service depending upon availability. Payment will need to be made before delivery.

5. Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to Dutchess County. Call for more information and pricing.

6. When do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week/365 days a year!  We are a YEAR round service. If you think our displays look great on the green lawn...you should see how more grand and colorful they look against a backdrop of white snow!

    NOTE: If you wish to surprise a co-worker or boss at a place of business you will need to attain written permission before we can display the greeting. We then would make arrangements to deliver before the Honoree arrives to work and would remove it at closing time.

7. Can I mow or water my lawn?
We do ask that you please refrain from mowing or trimming near our displays as this may cause damage.

Watering is perfectly fine.

 

8. How are the 'Yard Greetings' displayed?
Our Greetings are inserted into the ground with H-frame stakes similar to political signs. None of our stakes tear up your lawn... they just aerate it a bit. : )

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO AVOID SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, HOWEVER, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED TO SPRINKLER SYSTEMS OR UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.

9. How will they know who it is from?
Every recipient receives a card that reveals their secret sender. You can also remain anonymous.

10. What is your refund policy?
We can offer a full refund for certain situations.

  • If we are unable to deliver due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, ice or high winds. We will make every effort to deliver as long as we are safe doing it.

We will NOT offer refunds for these reasons:

  • If we are unable to set up the display due to an agitated loose dog or other animal.
    (PLEASE keep all animals inside during the delivery time.)

  • If we are given the wrong address and are unable to reach you.

  • If the recipient requests us to remove the display.

11. What happens if the dispay is stolen, broken, or damaged in any way?

PLEASE contact us immediately!  All displays are the sole property of PartyTime Rentals, Inc.  If any part of the display is stolen, or there is damage done that could result in our inability to fullfill orders, it is the responsibility of the party who ordered the rental to replace it.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
Please do not let children or even adults play with the signs or any part of the display!  PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY OR CLIMB ON OR AROUND OUR DISPLAYS AS THIS MAY CAUSE HARM.  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DUE TO CHILDREN PLAYING NEAR OR WITH OUR DISPLAYS!  OUR SIGNS ARE FOR DECORATION ONLY, ALTHOUGH CHILDREN MAY BE TEMPTED TO PLAY WITH OUR CRITTERS AND SIGNS, THEY ARE NOT TOYS.The H-frame stakes can be dangerous if they are removed!!
