Space Needed for the Hotdog Steamer

The steamin' demon must be set up on a table or counter that is sturdy and stable.

 It is approximately 16" deep by 19" wide by 16" tall.

Capacity

80- 90 dogs, 30- 40 buns and 6 quarts of water

People Needed to Run the Hotdog Machine

Steamer is self serve but adult supervision should be present.

 

Electricity

An electrical outlet needs to be available within 50' of the hot dog steamer. It draws a maximum of 8.3 amps at 1000 watts.
